How AlgoMakers.Ai protects your data

This page explains what we collect, why we process it, and the controls you have when using our subscription-per-pair strategies, TradingView invites, support desk, and affiliate tools.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

Only what we need to run the desk

We collect the minimum viable details to authenticate you, fulfill subscriptions, reconcile USDT payments, and provide support. We never sell personal data, and we do not ingest market signal content you upload.

Account & identity
Name, email, password hash, TradingView username, timezone, and authentication logs so we can provision subscriptions and invites.

Subscription & payment data
Pairs purchased, plan duration, invoice IDs, NOWPayments status, paid amounts, tx hash, and renewal history for compliance and invoicing.

Usage & telemetry

2. WHY WE PROCESS DATA

Delivering trust, automation, and support
Every processing activity ties back to the subscription lifecycle: onboarding, payment, invite fulfillment, analytics, and compliance.

Deliver the service

Provision console access, render backtests, and keep your dashboard / subscriptions current across devices.

Process payments

Create USDT invoices with NOWPayments, reconcile confirmations, and notify admins to send TradingView invites.

Send communications

Transactional email (payment receipts, invite status, renewal reminders) plus optional product updates when you opt in.

Improve reliability

Monitor usage, detect fraud or abuse, tune funnels, and keep infrastructure secure through logging and analytics.

3. LEGAL GROUNDS

Your rights anchored in policy
Depending on the action, we rely on contract, legitimate interest, consent, or legal duty.

Contract

We need certain data to create your account, deliver TradingView invites, and honor paid subscriptions.

Legitimate interest

Protecting the platform from abuse, improving features, and providing tailored support benefits all members.

Consent

We rely on consent for marketing emails, cookies beyond essential, and storing affiliate payout wallets.

Legal obligations

Crypto payment regulations and accounting standards require us to retain invoices, tax data, and audit records.

4. SHARING & DISCLOSURE

Vetted partners, no resale

We share data only with processors who help us operate AlgoMakers.Ai. Each partner is bound by confidentiality, data processing agreements, and strict access controls.

Payments & billing
NOWPayments (USDT invoices), blockchain explorers, and bookkeeping tools receive payer wallet info, amounts, and invoice IDs.

TradingView access
Your TradingView username and plan details are shared with our operations desk so they can send invites and manage expiries.

Email provider (Resend), CRM, and analytics stack (Vercel, in-app telemetry) process contact info, page performance, and feature usage.

Affiliate tracking
Refersion handles referral codes, cookies, and payout reporting so commissions are attributed accurately and paid on time.

We may disclose information when required by law, to defend our legal rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. Any such transfer will preserve your existing privacy protections.

5. RETENTION & SECURITY

How long we keep data
Retention clocks begin when your subscription or support interaction ends unless law requires longer storage.

Account + profile

Active membership + 3 years

Allows us to respond to audits, support history, and reactivation requests.

Payment & invoices

7 years (regulatory minimum)

Required for accounting, fraud prevention, and charge/back investigations.

Support tickets

24 months after resolution

Stored to maintain invite logs and troubleshoot recurring issues.

Analytics events

18 months, then aggregated

We retain only trends after the window closes, not identifiable records.

6. SECURITY CONTROLS

Risk-first engineering
We treat privacy like a core feature. Controls are layered across infrastructure and process.

  • • Access restricted to vetted team members using SSO + MFA; actions logged in our audit trail.
  • • Daily database backups stored encrypted in geo-redundant storage with quarterly restore tests.
  • • Automated alerting for anomalous logins, payment anomalies, and invite failures.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Control your information
EU/UK users can exercise GDPR rights; US and other regions receive comparable pathways.

Access & portability

Request a copy of the personal data we store, including subscription history and invoices, via privacy@algomakers.ai.

Rectification

Update contact info, TradingView username, or wallet data from your dashboard or by emailing support.

Deletion

Request account closure; we will remove or anonymize data unless retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

Opt-outs

Manage marketing emails via unsubscribe links, adjust cookie preferences in-browser, and disable analytics where supported.

8. COOKIES & TRACKING

Signals you control
We keep cookies lightweight—no third-party advertising trackers.
  • Essential: Required for authentication, session routing, and security features. Cannot be disabled.
  • Performance: Privacy-first analytics to understand conversions and product health. Opt out via browser or support ticket.
  • Preference: Stores choices like theme, preferred pair filters, and affiliate referral attribution (30-day cookie).
